V8 ENERGY SCREAM.

In college it is practically a requirement to drink an abundance of caffeine. I mean how else are you going to even have a hope of having social life, good grades and being healthy? Well as you might know I hate coffee. I love the smell and that it has all of these cool flavors but I just can't stand the  taste of it. And you might be thinking "Adelia! Just put in a ton of sugar and cream and chocolate and you won't taste a thing!" Well voice of others: no. I will not. Do you know how bad that is for you? I would explain in detail but let me make this short and sweet.

Black coffee has 90mg of caffeine and 2.5 cal per 8oz. Even with nonfat milk, and no whipped cream an 8oz. Skinny Mocha from Starbucks has 70 calories and only 75mg of caffeine. And the skinny in the title means they use lower calorie but possibly less healthy ingredients.  Regular coffee with sugar and cream can be anywhere in between the two. Never fear healthy college kids who just need that dang caffeine in the morning and possibly at other times, I have a solution! In the morning I drink a V8 V-Fusion Energy. This amazingly delicious drink is just fantastic. It has 50 calories, 80mg of caffeine, 1/2 serving of fruit, 1/2 serving of veggies, is 50% juice and gets it's caffeine from green tea extracts. Can your high-in-fat, bad-for-you coffee say that same? I thought not.
